You always get to work with friendly, ambitious people who care about you and supply you with plenty of training and experience to develop lifelong skills within your field that will become transferable once you graduate and enter the workforce.
Cons
The pay is low, as all on-campus jobs are. Weber State only offers either a small tuition stipend OR hourly pay. In my many years of experience of holding different roles at Weber State, you don't get both.
