Flexible timing but poor management and support - Software Developer Webcubator Employee Review

I learned a lot during my time here and had the opportunity to work on good and challenging projects. The company gives flexibility to explore different technologies and allows employees to choose the type of work they are interested in. It can be a good place for freshers to gain hands-on experience and improve their technical skills.

Salary payments were frequently delayed, and at one point salaries were not paid for two months across the company. Additionally, the full and final settlement has still not been provided till date. Even after the company’s financial situation improved, delays in payments continued, which caused uncertainty and stress for employees.

Just remote and nothing else

No salary on time Even after exit, you will keep begging for your rightful salary which won't be delivered to you... leaving you with shattered hope for any company. No management, i don't how are they even surviving. Thats all.. join if you want to work for free.
