Pros
This is by far one of the worst places I’ve ever worked. The company is disorganized, poorly managed, and completely lacking any real leadership. There is zero long-term vision — decisions change weekly, sometimes daily, depending on moods rather than strategy.
Cons
Management is toxic and disconnected from reality. Promises are constantly made during interviews and onboarding, only to be broken shortly after. There is no transparency, no accountability, and blame is always pushed downward. If something goes wrong, employees are thrown under the bus instead of supported. Work-life balance does not exist. Expectations are unrealistic, deadlines are arbitrary, and overtime is treated as “normal” rather than exceptional. Burnout is common, yet management shows no concern or empathy. Professional growth is a myth. There is no proper onboarding, no mentoring, no clear processes, and no investment in employees. Feedback is either nonexistent or purely negative. Good work is rarely recognized, but mistakes — even minor ones — are magnified. The culture is driven by fear, politics, and favoritism. Communication is poor, departments don’t cooperate, and internal conflicts are ignored rather than resolved. Morale is extremely low, and turnover is high for a reason. If you value your mental health, career development, or basic respect as a professional — do not work here. No job is worth this level of stress, instability, and disappointment.
