I worked for the WRG for about 6 months. What I witnessed in my time was disrespect and belittment from management, high stress environment and no acknowledgement. There were days where I would work 10+ hours and wasn't able to lean on the stair railings or lean on the host stand because it looked "unprofessional." During those 10+ hour days, you were allow one, 1-hour break. You only get 50% off any food on the menu which is next to nothing considering the prices. Was spoken to off the floor when I picked up the phone and said "can I grab a good phone number" because we do not "grab" anything from customers. Management thinks very highly of themselves when in reality, they are just managers at an overpriced steak house.
