Pros
Since the major leadership change, the company has gotten its focus back on track. The people are the best assets and are great to work with. It's like family here. Nice benefits too.
Cons
The cons were mostly from the past as a result of poor leadership (Long time President handed the company down to his son). Good talent was literally hemorrhaged during this time and most of the most valuable assets went elsewhere in the industry. You couldn't blame them.
