Pros
The only pro is the few really nice people that work there and the people you meet in the field.
Cons
Prejudice toward women, especially the ones who have more intelligence than the men. Management doesn't want you to have opinions or suggestions if they differ from their own. They really don't appreciate the employees who work and strive to improve the company.
