Pros
I truly enjoy what I do here. It’s a fast-paced environment that never gets boring. You are surrounded by very smart people who are passionate about their work and success. This company gives you a great opportunity to show your talents as long as you put in the required effort and produce results. You need to learn and improve your skills outside of work. You are expected to advance your skills on your own. If you don't learn on your own, you might not get to work on more complex projects. Managers are respectful and very relaxed. I know they like to have fun outside of work because we all go out for a beer from time to time. At work, everyone is really focused and yes, busy. The greatest pro for me is working with some of the best and brightest in technology and digital marketing – there’s a lot of talent here.
Cons
Things change due to growth and very fast paced nature of the business. Those employees that don’t take on change easily have struggled in the past. Those that embraced it, have succeed greatly. You definitely need to be able to manage stress and keep up with the pace.
