      Can't think of any honestly!

      Less communicative management Managers don't know the right word selections before discussions Salary may get delayed to be credited There is no proper system for on boarding process WFH seems like a crime to the taskforce and management

      Good projects & overall exposure as you get to work with all of the people in close proximity

      Cons

      PF 7 TDS deducted from salary but never been added to the PF fund and income tax. So no Form 16 available

      Flexible time, just have to work for 9 hours

      they will cut your PF amount, but they will not give back
