Pros
None at all absolutely toxic front then beginning
Cons
I recently went through the initial phase of the interview process at WebMD, and unfortunately, it was a deeply disappointing experience—enough for me to decide not to proceed further. The interaction with the HR representative, Pranali, was particularly disheartening. Her approach came across as rude and dismissive, seemingly operating under the assumption that candidates are desperate for a job and will tolerate poor treatment. This mindset is not only outdated but also disrespectful. The reality is, skilled professionals have multiple opportunities available to them—and mutual respect should be the foundation of any hiring process. I ultimately declined the offer and thanked Pranali for unintentionally revealing the company culture early on. Her attitude reflected toxic traits and an ego-driven approach that I wouldn't want to be associated with. WebMD's management seriously needs to reconsider the kind of people they entrust with the hiring process. Empathy, professionalism, and basic courtesy should never be optional, especially when dealing with potential employees. Until then, I would strongly advise fellow developers to steer away
