Where to begin-current execs need to be gone, clean house from the top down. When the Founder faded away, the company really changed and the bottom line says it was not positive change. I've watched WebAssign decline and it is hard to come in everyday and do what I was hired to do. The culture is going the wrong direction. The company fosters negativity and it just is not making it. Employees aren't growing they are stifled. Where we once thrived- we are now just trying to survive. For a tech company we are not at all progressive. We need strong proven technology leadership-we need to get strong around Who we are, What we do best and FOCUS on that.
