      remote working is great here

      top is micro-managing, want to control everything. Everything is done via asana (and I mean everything, even chats should be handeled via Asana!?!) no clear view of what needs to be done

      Pros

      Friendly co-workers. Always someone to ask a question and get help. Good management and communication between management and the agent team.

      Cons

      Depending on customer flow certain shifts were extremely busy. But in general management did a good job helping out in those moments and preparing ahead of time.
