I really enjoy this company and some of the projects were cool

I do not have any cons.

Good small company to work for, they provide trainings and everyone is very welcoming. Most people describe the company as a family. The total amount of employees are no more than 100-116, so if you are looking to work for a small company this is it.

Very cliquey, which makes it hard to grow. There is only one woman project manager in the company and only one woman executive. Not very diversified. I have worked there for 4 years and only had 1 yearly review done the entire time.
