Opportunity to refine the knowledge in Geology fields with hands on experience in Shale and Offshore fields from 2010 to 2014.
Cons
Lack of professional management that did not lead to better advancement and training. Highly unstable O&G Service Company that will force employees to quit or fire at first sign of instability of the market. Hiring a lot of people from abroad with working Visa contracts keeping them on the job and firing the domestic employees.
