      Pros

      Good benefits package. Strong CEO leadership.

      Cons

      Poor or nonexistent communication between marketing and sales, disorganized. Constant layoffs. Low pay for industry, and no merit raises even when you meet or exceed your criteria. Zero bonuses paid for anyone below executive level.
