Cons
There's no semblance of work life balance at Wearwell. You'll be dealing with colossal workloads, chasing unreasonable deadlines, and impossible demands. Not to mention you'll have to constantly put up with the horrible attitudes of the management, whose sole purpose is to make the lives of employees as miserable as possible.
