Pros
Vast resources in one of China's biggest chemical groups. Great location and work environment, solid values, great team to work with, support to my best interests, a lot opportunity to learn skills and network with an incredible industry.
Cons
Nothing really. Small companies are not for everyone but if you put in hard work you are valued- but have to have lots of responsibilities and be cross functional
