You will be chargeable from the start so do not expect any personal development Little thought or investment is put into the product so if you want to be proud to work with good UX or exciting technology, look somewhere else Unpacking, analysis, and development are rushed and clumsy processes which means things are rarely built once and properly. This causes stress for staff, and agitates the paying client which is taken out on staff and in tern causes more stress. A vicious cycle. Expectation to work evenings and weekends without overtime or leave in leu. Meetings put in the diary before and after work hours.
