The work is varied, interesting, and gives you the chance to work closely with both technical and business stakeholders. There are opportunities to learn, take ownership, and develop strong product and client-facing skills.
Cons
At times the workload can be demanding, especially around project deadlines, client testing, and release periods, but thats expected. Clear structured onboarding would be nice
