First of all, I do not like complaining and I never do it. So this is something new for me. But there was no respect for my schedule neither by the students nor by the school itself. The scheduled classes could be rescheduled, moved and removed 1 minute before the class with no explanations and little to no reimbursements. I was lucky to get a lame excuse at best. And only get half the payment for the canceled class. Some students could pick their noses, burp into the microphone without ever bothering to excuse themselves. At the same time the school asked for almost army-like discipline from the teachers, wrapping it all as "quality control". Absolutely ridiculous.

You must be flexible and be willing to take any class at any time to generate enough classes.

Pros

They value their teachers, unlike some of the larger ESL companies you're not just another number. If you're a good teacher you will be cherished not treated like an expendable piece of garbage. Their curriculum is unique. They dont just copy their competitors but have engaging curriculum that keeps students happy and having fun throughout the learning process.

Cons

I wish they had more classes available but I am grateful for the opportunity to work with them. They teach groups not just 1 or 2 students which I like. You teach kids both at home and in a classroom setting which is very cool to me.
