Pros

People are nice, not a lot of pressure, very laid back environment when it's not the middle of high season. the management lets you go on ski trips.

Cons

company goals change rapidly, very unstable. They don't think one step ahead. and they made some bad business decisions in my opinion. it all feels very unprofessional.
