Pros

Flexible work timings, buy you can expect to work any time of the day.

Cons

If you're a professional seeking career growth, recognition, and a merit-based work culture, I strongly advise you to steer clear of this company. Despite claiming to value employee development, they provide zero career advancement opportunities unless you're part of their inner circle. One of the most disheartening aspects of this organization is the rampant nepotism. It’s not just about hiring a friend or two — entire families of employees are brought in and fast-tracked through promotions and salary hikes, often at the cost of more qualified and hardworking individuals. Even company-wide policies, such as returning to office, are bent to accommodate these favored few with permanent remote work, while others are forced to comply. The management lacks transparency, professionalism, and fairness. Recognition is doled out based not on performance, but on participation in their unofficial social clique — mostly involving late-night house parties and off-the-record gatherings. If you’re not part of this circle, your efforts will go unnoticed, and you’ll be left out of key projects and growth opportunities. This company suffers from a toxic culture that rewards relationships over results, and it demotivates talent that wants to grow based on merit. It's not a healthy or sustainable environment for professionals who value integrity and development.

Pros

There is lots of Pros and you will love it(as below) 1. If you are good at staying in management’s good books, agreeing to everything, and maintaining strong visibility with leadership, you will probably have a smoother experience here. 2. The environment can sometimes feel quite political, where managing people and protecting your own position becomes equally important as actual work. 3. Recently, senior-level hires seem to be coming through existing personal connections, which may not feel encouraging for everyone internally. 4. There also seems to be a strong focus on improving the company’s Glassdoor/image ratings lately. Because of that, you may notice more positive reviews appearing in the near future. I know non of them are Pros:)

Cons

“At times, the environment felt less supportive for senior or long-serving employees.”
