Very Bad Experience - Business Development WeP Digital Services Employee Review

No positives for the company. I not happy.

Nobody works. Our sales team is also half working not all. Peopal are siting and not working. Company don't give parking space and bad internet connection. Digital marketing person is running parallel busines and plays game all the time. Managers ask you to do overtim evryday but no compnstion. We work on saturday. No good work culture. I willnot recomend.

No unique pros that I found

Sales team needs to be expanded. There is only 1 person in the marketing team and should be given support. IT team is also overworked!
