Pros
Top level technology guys are good so can offer training to young developers but you will be worked very hard and the compensation will not be above average so join if you want a learning experience
Cons
Have history of trying not to pay workers' salaries, work related expenses, etc. It was all done intentionally but they play it as forgetful. Even heard ex-workers who failed to get their last paycheck after they left. But now they have funding maybe they will not play money games with employees.
