Insurance premiums are very low and insurance was great.

Don't Do It!
Low pay, antiquated systems and no one wants to update anything. Leadership is worthless - ignores obvious issues.
New hires are leaving within a year once they get in and see how bad it is. Staff is leaving left and right.
HR is terrible.
