Pros
I've worked sales at a few places and the atmosphere here is just different. People actually root for each other. When I close a big deal the whole team hears about it and genuinely celebrates, and when I'm in a slump nobody's circling like sharks — teammates jump in to help instead.
Zero toxic competition between reps, which I've literally never seen in sales before. We share playbooks, swap intros, pass leads to whoever's the better fit. Leadership sets that tone from the top — they're approachable, you can DM anyone, and they remember you're a person not just a number on the board.
The day-to-day energy is upbeat without being fake. Good banter on the team channel, people hang out after work because they actually want to. Remote/flex is respected, no one guilt-trips you for logging off. Honestly it just feels healthy, and that makes the grind way easier to show up for.
Cons
Really not much to put here on the culture side. If I'm nitpicking — as the team grows fast, it's getting a little harder to keep that close-knit feel across new hires and different time zones. The occasional process still lags behind how quick we're moving.
Small stuff though, nothing that changes how much I like working here.
