There is a reason why the CEO had to change her name. She is a toxic bully who pretends she is all about love for people, and the planet when she is horrible to her employees and have caused mental breakdowns. If you try to talk to her about it, she puts the blame on you. Horrible, narcissistic woman who bullies you. I have never met anyone so utterly horrible in my life. She was kicked out of her previous company for a reason. This is her passion project, and she expects unreasonable results, when the truth is, the product is rubbish. The idea is rubbish otherwise it wouldn't keep changing. There is limited funding. EE have pulled out. There is a reason why people do not stay very long - please do not put yourself through it. She has hired 'friends' before, who have ended up leaving bitterly as 'enemies'. The tech is utter rubbish, media spend and results are made up completely, toxic work environment, long hours, hardly any money actually goes to people or charities. Employees have been asked to purchase client products so it shows their ads have had conversions... out of their own money! It's all a massive con.
