Being in the games/entertainment industry! Very flexible with hours when needed 9-530 (not expected to put extra hours in) Really nice office environment - fun and relaxed... Great management and lovely people to work with Everyone and anyone can have their opinions heard and the managers are very approachable and down to earth. Share Options available to some

Not really any except you could probably get a bit more cash elsewhere (but would probably have to sacrifice some of the above pros!) and not established a great benefits package yet.
