Cons
ever it is never investigated due to the transport manager being heavily protected by the director. You are micromanaged to the grain and get penalised for very minimal mistakes - mistakes can be made right? But surely they would be minimized if training and adequate support was provided. The transport manager, now head of operations continues to be protected by the director, despite the abuse she gives to staff. Yes, I will label it abuse, working there can honestly reduce you to tears on a daily basis and I suggest you avoid if you value your mental health. There are 0 incentives, not a single one. Oh actually, you get substandard breakfast on Friday but please don’t order a drink as that’s not allowed. Maybe if you provided work benefits, I.E incentive for covering the jobs and meeting targets then staff would have something to work towards, it’s clear the incentive made by the team is pocketed by the transport manager which is why she stands around you with a whip and allows no space for human error. The drivers are also underpaid and we are encouraged to ‘fiddle’ with their jobs and under cut them so the business benefits. Lack of ethic and morals.
