Managers are toxic and only care to make themselves look good, and will undermine employees to make that happen
HR is referred to as the "people team," but do not let that fool you into thinking they are there to help you
Will let go of employees with no warning and no genuine reason beyond dislike, and will not offer severance
Opportunity for advancement is heavily dependent on the department you are in
