      Part of Alphabet umbrella with competitive salaries and benefits to match. Interesting technology and great achievements.

      Cons

      Minimal or none collaboration between different teams and business units. Hired a lot and maybe grew too much in personnel during the pandemic, not able to truly utilize everyone's skills.

      Some politics among the org. Top talent is attracted by LLM, and company have to pay higher salary to attract more people come in
