      Pros

      I've experienced quicker career advancement at Waymo vs larger companies. Prior to WFH the product was very tangible - one day it will be back to that. Exciting environment where new things are happening.

      This place is technical strong, and AV is on a good track than few years ago.

      Some politics among the org. Top talent is attracted by LLM, and company have to pay higher salary to attract more people come in
