      Team is fantastic Senior leadership is mostly great Lots of freedom and autonomy

      Pros

      When I walked in, I saw one of the founders wearing a fish themed belt, so I knew I was with a bunch of winners and I was...wrong.

      Cons

      They bought a pingpong table when I was there, but you weren't allowed to use it.
