Pros
Liked my coworkers, and the office space itself is very nice
Cons
Underpaid position where management holds different people to different standards. Have seen people who do the bare minimum of the job get promoted and those who work really hard and have a lot of responsibilities get overlooked for arbitrary reasons. Your ability to get any kind of wage increase really depends on whether your manager likes you (think - hang out with you in a social setting) and whether they're willing to tell upper management about you. Direct managers are for the most part extremely inexperienced when it comes to managing and are definitely in desperate need of some kind of introductory management training. I also noticed there was a higher standard set/implicit bias for my coworkers who were black/brown (I myself am white). There were several instances while I worked there where I observed a coworker who was a person of color being held to a different standard than the rest of the team. This bias was pointed out at least once that I can recall but there was no serious attempt by management to correct this behavior and upper management didn't seem concerned by the behavior at any point. Overall would very much not recommend anyone work for Wayfair Candidate Experience team
