Where do I start: -Pay is terrible considering most reps sell between $90k-$200k per month yes are paid on average $16hr. -Unethical sales practices prey on the old and dumb -They create bottlenecks and issues for customers to have to call in to get help, so we can upsell them -Phone systems directly designed to push customers to sales not to help quickly with actual issues -EVERY single customer that calls in fits into one of a few types of people, which are old people, lazy people, or entitled people. Either way you get the worst of the worst people calling in. -Instead of actually helping customers calling in quickly, you are encouraged to make the call take way longer than necessary and try to push sales on them even if it has nothing to do with their actual needs. -The team communication system is via Slack, and your not allowed to ask questions or make comments unless their super positive and happy attitude -You are non-stop monitored and recorded every second and can NOT leave your desk/monitor without being penalized points and possibly fired -Managers have a habit of picking favorite employees and giving them shout outs for sales, but not for other employees -Your graded on EVERY call and interaction by AI (Artificial Intelligence) and its not human so it grades you harsh if you don't "sound" like a Disney character
