Pros
its a fair, honest company with a great local Brand and an excellent regional reputation. the Benefits and profit sharing packages are very good. the educational benefits in the form of tuition reimbursement, windows training and general intoeroffice course work is the best i've ever seen. From personal experience I've found that mangagment is thoughtful and respectful of the individual associates.
Cons
It can be a little tough to climb the ladder in a close knit company. I don't actually know if there is a Ladder or where it starts. It can be a little difficult to find a promotion. I just dont think the company is structured quite that way.
