I cannot speak for the entire company, however it was my experience that they will not have your back if you have issues with a client! I provided proof that I was doing the job of a project manager for project coordinator pay, when I asked that they request an increase they refused. When I resigned they attempted to back track but I had already found a new higher paying position.
