      The fusion, of ks and solucom to create wavestone, allowed to the company to be able to adress large transformational programs of, mostly,french clients

      Many ks employees left shortly after the fusion The company is mostly IT oriented versus strategic consulting So far, the company is mostly oriented towards the french market
