      It was pleasure to work with this company. Very flexible schedule and good management on projects. Really interesting projects and good clients.

      No benefits other than Waverley points which can be used to purchase anything from their rewards store.

      1) This is the first company in my 17 years career that truly embraces responsible freedom concept and first who actually implemented this concept in Ukraine. 2) Creative environment 3) A great team of talented engineers who love what they are doing 4) Flat structure - company management is totally open to any suggestions or improvements, minimum bureaucracy. 5) Opportunities for working remotely

      Career path is not clearly defined for employees. (Not formal) Engineers have to perform and become "visible" to get a promotion.
