After investigation by WaveLink, Inc. this is a false review made by someone claiming to be a WaveLink, Inc. employee, but who was not. WaveLink has disputed this review with Glassdoor, but it is unable to be removed. WaveLink, Inc. has the highest standards and participates in the annual audit performed by the EEOC. WaveLink is committed to complying with all Federal, State and local laws providing EEO, as well as all laws related to terms and conditions of employment. Accordingly, there shall be no discrimination against any employee or applicant because of age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, genetic information, or any other reason including but not limited to hiring, upgrades, promotions, transfers, layoffs, terminations, rates of pay, selection for training, and recruitment.

Cons

As an offsite contractor, the lack of direct support from WaveLink can be challenging. Most direction and feedback come exclusively from the Government customer, leaving limited engagement with the parent company. This disconnect can make employees feel isolated from the larger organization and its resources. Additionally, the lack of a structured feedback loop between offsite employees and WaveLink could hinder opportunities for growth and alignment with company goals.

The benefits are very good, especially compared to the competition.

Cons

You can forget any employee support if/when the contract position ends. In fact you can count on the defacto Senior Leader to be vindictive and petulant if/when you end up having to give notice.
