      Flexibility in working hours, steady workload, friendly work environment, good benefits. The business has huge long-term potential for sales to regular customers. Also potential new markets and product lines could fuel long term growth.

      Cons

      There is limited advancement potential for anyone not in sales. Although as the company grows that may improve for other employees.
