It's a small company, so you get to know everyone. Co-workers are friendly and happy to help when needed. There is a culture of people trying to support each other and lift each other up.

The company provides on demand services in order to service those needing procedures. This makes the schedule somewhat unpredictable for the technician positions. Not everyone is able to adjust to this kind of schedule.

The company has brought on several new & excellent people in all fields of the company, but most importantly upper key Managers who are really fantastic. The teamwork is excellent and it's a friendly environment both in the field and in the office. At all levels there are always opportunities to earn more and move up, which of course takes putting in the effort- just like at any other job. Employees feel appreciated. Great benefit options and supportive staff. Profit Sharing which is awesome as well as motivating.

Each employee has many tasks they handle and there are policies and processes they must stick to, so if you're not good at multi-tasking or jumping from one task to another, you might find those aspects challenging. Also, if you want a raise, or to be promoted, you have to prove that you deserve it through both your performance and by literally asking for what you want, so if you're not comfortable doing so then it could be more difficult to get what you want in that regard.
