      Pros

      Good coworkers. Okay start salary, decent bonus/pension.

      Cons

      Not nearly good enough training, just learning by doing. Local leaders that doesn’t know the first thing about management. Micromanagement is worse than I ever experienced before. Extremely stressful workplace, where you are constantly overbooked. Salary development is extremely low. Most people stay for 2 years and then go to competitors.

      Pros

      good team culture, ability to grow and focus on my professional goals, so far good life balance! I came with the BD transition and have been happy so far. It might be my team, as I feel incredibly supported.

      Cons

      Seems like not much transparency in things and clouds over our heads a lot of the time. A lot of anxiety about the future of the company and its employees
