      Town hall’s - conducted quarterly The CEO - but wish he spent time when on sight observing the departments. Pop up events

      Management- “clicks” Onboarding for new employees Diversity Training Poor leadership Bullies “abuse of power” Steal ideas & present them as there’s (don’t share files) Gossip Public embarrassment if you say no or suggest another time that better fits

      Pros

      good team culture, ability to grow and focus on my professional goals, so far good life balance! I came with the BD transition and have been happy so far. It might be my team, as I feel incredibly supported.

      Cons

      Seems like not much transparency in things and clouds over our heads a lot of the time. A lot of anxiety about the future of the company and its employees
