Pros
Everything sounds good on paper. If you're satisfied with a position in which you do as you're told and prefer maintaining status quo - this is an excellent company to work for. You get to work in some nice buildings and interact with some very interesting seniors and their families - once in a while there are some very rewarding interactions.
Cons
Any attempts to innovate or improve are met with great resistance. Senior leadership seem to be completely out of touch with reality. While there is a seemingly great education/resource tool, expect to spend many hours in front of a computer to keep up with overzealous compliance expectations - as much as any person values education and growth, the process is inefficient and offers very little value in real-life scenarios. Benefits are horrible and inflexible and no matter what level you work in are identical. Salaries are below market. Employees and management seem to be viewed as disposable.
