Pros
Cash at the end of the day, though they may be switching to a new pay system. It's easy, it's a serving job. Management can be flexible with your availability
Cons
Management can be frustrating. They have a high turn-over rate. I've seen at least 30 people come and go having only stayed less than a month. Many didn't even finish training. The customers can be difficult, but the regulars most often are amazing. Every once in a while there will be scheduling issues that result in shortened hours. This is not a full time job, it's a side job for extra cash.
