A lot of flexibility and customer interactions are generally good. A lot of incentives for tellers and bankers.

Does not feel like there is many opportunities for advancement.

Most supervisors are exceptional - helpful, and willing to help you get ahead.

I drew the short straw. I have perhaps the single worst supervisor I’ve ever had in 20 years of working. This person is always negative, and looking for things to complain about. I hate coming to work. This is not a professional department, and it seems that their superiors ignore it due to their tenure.
