Pros

Work from home was ok

Cons

Inexperienced management, small if any pay raises, did not recognize hard work or good employees, high employee turnover, did I mention terrible management? Work from home will draw you in and the promise of all inclusive, etc, but trust me RUN. Terrible benefits, micro management by managers who aren’t experienced. Very depressing. Low pay, no bonuses, terrible benefits. Avoid, avoid avoid

Pros

A good small business where you can develop your skills and learn from people with lots of experience. Owner is very down to earth and approachable.

Cons

You need a high level of independence to do well at this company. Not necessarily a con for everyone, but if you need help you might have to initiate the conversation.

Pros

Remote work, pay, not much else. You might promote quickly.

Cons

HIgh turnover due to unreasonable work expectations . Jennifer (owner) takes on more work assignments than the firm can handle, similar to how home contractors always hustling business While 100% remote, a lot of big brother technology to make sure you are glued to your computer. No respect for work hours/boundaries. No work life balance..
