Pros
I was hired as an intern, after the contract expired got an offer for full-time position. You cannot get better paid internship, considering the commission. The head of sales is super nice guy, very easy to work with, there is always snacks in the kitchen, and drinks on Fridays. Dogs allowed!
Cons
Sometimes it gets super busy you will feel overcrowded with work. Also, you cannot go to lunch with your teammates that work on the same market as you..
