The entire business is let down by the founders, Richard (CEO) & Amanda (COO).
Richard is a techy guy, who thinks the best GTM strategy is to feature bash prospects with his product - however he's clueless understanding best practices when outreaching to potential customers. Google Reviews speaks for itself where prospects are taking the time to actually complain about the spammy outreach tactics, rather than write a positive review...
I don't really know where to begin with Amanda - best comparison, is like trying to work with Dolores Umbridge from Harry Potter... unbearably patronizing and condescending to her staff, and is more than happy to belittle anyone that challenges her. In all honesty, I'm really not sure what she does, I guess she works there because she's married to Richard...? Besides that, I have no clue what she brings??
Overall, Richard & Amanda,are sadly misguided on what common best practices are, and have no idea how to set a sales organisation up for success - anyone that challenges them are shut down or fired.
I wish anyone the best of luck trying to work with them - but if you're wanting a role with great learning opportunities to grow, develop & feel secure - this is not the place.
