      Excellent exposure latest technologies Lot of focus on learning, trainings. Even trainings directly from AWS Good and open culture. Management approachable. Lots of fun and cultural activities in office Good thing for me, food provided by company. Enough quantity, clean, home like, simple, no fancy spices, once a week special food Work location is Advent – great place – happening place. Banks, food joints, coffee house, 24x7, Pubs all found here

      Cons

      Great facility but no parking. Parking outside not safe. Company can provide parking assistance or cab – even cost sharing ok

      Open, connected culture backed by strong leadership. If you want to lead, you will get your chance. A lot of input, a lot of feedback, and support create a great place to work.

      Cons

      Many legacy staffers who take a while to change and adapt, but the new team and leadership support change and improvement.

      Used to be a great company under Prakash! Now, the new leadership is slashing and burning the great culture that once was WatchGuard

      Cutting costs and firing very good people. New leadership does not care about legacy, loyaly, and commitment.
